Help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. Able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Being comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products for Individual Medley. Responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs.
Participate in creating, launching, or implementing new products.
Grow company revenues by developing new products.
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
Manage product certification process.
Work closely with engineers to develop prototypes for products.
Participate in quality assurance process.
Develop methodology to test and measure products and applications.
Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance.
Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers.
Define products, product vision, and programs.
Establish milestone and objectives.
Work with suppliers to deliver quality products and execute product development plan.
Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed.
Perform sales duties when needed.
Part-Time Sales Associate
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate who will work to provide an excellent customer experience while upholding all visual and operational standards within the store.
Create a welcoming environment for all customers.
Assist in the maintenance of product processing, merchandising, display and marketing standards.
Maintain brick + mortar inventory and web inventory to be accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain a neat and organized store, stock room, and work area
Connect with multiple customers at a time, making things quick and easy.
Communicate clearly, share feedback, ideas and insights with the management team.
Execute daily operational objectives and tasks.
Replenish merchandise and stock as needed
Deliver customer service that reflects our values and mission.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge by asking questions and doing research.
Friendly, creative, self-motivated, assertive and takes initiative, dependable, trustworthy and consistent.
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude.
Basic computer skills.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Must be able to perform all store opening and closing duties independently.
Previous experience is a plus.
